Perform isolated HTTP smoke checks for Go health, CORS preflight, protected-route rejection, indexer service-token rejection, indexer degraded dependency handling, agent proxy path validation, mutation confirmation, and FastMCP startup.

Before release, test with protected deployment dependencies—not production customer data—and confirm that a failed indexer cannot cause a committed upload to fail.
